(وَمَا فَضَلَ مِمَّا جُبِيَ) مِنْ مَالِ تَكْفِينٍ بَعْدَ صَرْفِ مَا اُحْتِيجَ إلَيْهِ (فَ) هُوَ (لِرَبِّهِ) إنْ عُلِمَ لِأَنَّهُ إبَاحَةٌ لِظَنِّهِ أَنَّهُ مُحْتَاجٌ إلَيْهِ، فَتَبَيَّنَ أَنَّهُ مُسْتَغْنٍ عَنْهُ فَيُرَدُّ إلَيْهِ

(وما فضل مما جُبِيَ) أي: من مال جبي لأجل كفن بعد صرف ما احتيج إليه (فلربه) إن عُلم ربّ الفاضل؛ لأنه دفعه ظناً أنه محتاج فتبين أنه مستغن عنه فيرد إليه.
