شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(فَإِنْ تَرَكَ غَيْرُ مَسْبُوقِ تَكْبِيرَةً) مِنْ الْأَرْبَعِ (عَمْدًا بَطَلَتْ) صَلَاتُهُ. لِأَنَّهُ تَرَكَ وَاجِبًا عَمْدًا فَأَبْطَلَهَا كَسَائِرِ الصَّلَوَاتِ.
