(وَيَسْقُطُ) دَفْنٌ (وَتَكْفِينٌ وَحَمْلٌ ل) مَيِّتٍ بِفِعْلِ (كَافِرٍ) لِأَنَّ فَاعِلَهَا لَا يَخْتَصُّ بِكَوْنِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرْبَةِ
