(وَيَحْرُمُ دَفْنٌ بِمَسْجِدٍ وَنَحْوَهُ) كَمَدْرَسَةٍ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَبِنْ لَهُ (وَيُنْبَشُ) وُجُوبًا مَنْ دُفِنَ بِهِ وَيُخْرَجُ نَصًّا.
