(وَإِنْ خَرَجَ بَعْضُهُ) أَيْ الْحَمْلِ (حَيًّا شُقَّ) بَطْنُهَا (ل) خُرُوجِ (الْبَاقِي) لِتَيَقُّنِ حَيَاتِهِ بَعْدَ أَنْ كَانَتْ مَوْهُومَةً
