(من له) سوائم (بمحال متباعدة وأربعون شاة في كل محل) من المحال المتباعدة: فإنه يكون عليه (شياه بعددها) أي: بعدد كل محل له به أربعون شاة بينه وبين الآخر مسافة تقصر فيها الصلاة.
