(فَإِنْ أَبَى) خَارِصٌ التَّرْكَ (فَلِرَبِّ الْمَالِ أَكْلُ قَدْرِ ذَلِكَ) أَيْ الثُّلُثِ أَوْ الرُّبْعِ (مِنْ ثَمَرٍ) نَصًّا.
