(وَمَتَى حَصَدَ غَاصِبُ أَرْضٍ زَرْعَهُ) مِنْ أَرْضٍ مَغْصُوبَةٍ بِأَنْ لَمْ يَتَمَلَّكْهُ رَبُّهَا قَبْلَ حَصَادِهِ (زَكَّاهُ) غَاصِبٌ لِاسْتِقْرَارِ مِلْكِهِ عَلَيْهِ
