شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا يُضَمُّ جِنْسٌ) مِنْ مَعَادِنَ (إلَى) جِنْسٍ (آخَرَ فِي تَكْمِيلِ نِصَابٍ) كَبَقِيَّةِ الْأَمْوَالِ (غَيْرِهِ) أَيْ النَّقْدِ، فَيُضَمُّ ذَهَبٌ إلَى فِضَّةٍ مِنْ مَعْدِنٍ وَغَيْرِهِ لِمَا يَأْتِي فِي الْبَابِ بَعْدَهُ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ولا يضم جنس) من المعادن (إلى) جنس (اخر في تكميل نصاب) كبقية الأموال الزكوية. (غيره) أي: غير النقد. فيضم الذهب إلى الفضة على الأصح؛ كما لو لم يستخرجهما من معدن.
