شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(فَإِنْ أَدَّى قَدْرَ زَكَاةِ أَحَدِهِمَا) أَيْ: الْحَاضِرِ وَالْغَائِبِ وَلَمْ يُعَيِّنْهُ (جَعَلَهَا) أَيْ: الزَّكَاةَ (لِأَيِّهِمَا شَاءَ، كَتَعَيُّنِهِ ابْتِدَاءً) حِينَ إخْرَاجٍ
