(غَيْرَ عَامِلٍ) لِأَنَّ مَا يَأْخُذُهُ أُجْرَةَ عَمَلِهِ يَسْتَحِقُّهَا سَيِّدُهُ (وَ) غَيْرَ (مُكَاتَبٍ) لِأَنَّهُ فِي الرِّقَابِ.
