(وَجَازَ وَطْءٌ لِمَنْ بِهِ مَرَضٌ يَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ) أَيْ: الْوَطْءِ (فِيهِ) أَيْ: الْمَرَضِ كَالْمُدَاوَاةِ (أَوْ) بِهِ (شَبَقٌ وَلَمْ تَنْدَفِعْ شَهْوَتُهُ بِدُونِهِ) أَيْ: الْوَطْءِ (وَيَخَافُ تَشَقُّقَ أُنْثَيَيْهِ) إنْ لَمْ يَطَأْ
