(وَلَا يَسْقُطُ) الدَّمُ (إنْ أَفْسَدَهُ) أَيْ النُّسُكُ نَصًّا لِأَنَّهُ كَالصَّحِيحِ (أَوْ رَجَعَ) إلَى الْمِيقَاتِ بَعْدَ إحْرَامِهِ نَصًّا كَدَمٍ مَحْظُورٍ
