(لَا) يَبْطُلُ وَلَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ (بِجُنُونٍ وَإِغْمَاءٍ وَسُكْرٍ كَمَوْتٍ) وَيَأْتِي حُكْمُ مَجْنُونٍ وَمُغْمًى عَلَيْهِ فِي الْإِحْصَارِ وَتَقَدَّمَ حُكْمُ مَيِّتٍ
