(وَإِنْ فَرَّطَ مُوصًى إلَيْهِ) فَلَمْ يُسَمِّهِ لِلنَّائِبِ (غَرِمَ) مُوصًى إلَيْهِ (ذَلِكَ) أَيْ نَفَقَةُ إعَادَةِ الْحَجِّ عَنْهُمَا
