(وَلَا فِدْيَةَ فِيهِ) لِأَنَّهُ عَقْدٌ فَاسِدٌ لِلْإِحْرَامِ كَشِرَاءِ الصَّيْدِ، وَسَوَاءٌ كَانَ الْإِحْرَامُ صَحِيحًا أَوْ فَاسِدًا

(و) مع كونه محظوراً (لا فدية فيه) ؛ لأنه عقد فاسد لأجل الإحرام. فلم تجب به فدية؛ كشراء الصيد.
