(وَلَا فِدْيَةَ عَلَى مُكْرَهَةٍ) فِي وَطْءٍ فِي حَجٍّ أَوْ عُمْرَةٍ لِحَدِيثِ «وَمَا اُسْتُكْرِهُوا عَلَيْهِ»

وَمِثْلُهَا النَّائِمَةُ وَلَا يَلْزَمُ الْوَاطِئَ أَنْ يَفْدِيَ عَنْهُمَا أَيْ النَّائِمَةِ وَالْمُكْرَهَةِ
