(وَهِيَ) أَيْ الْفِدْيَةُ (ثَلَاثَةُ أَضْرُبٍ) لَكِنَّ الثَّالِثَ لَا يَخْرُجُ عَنْ الضَّرْبَيْنِ قَبْلَهُ (ضَرْبٌ) يَجِبُ (عَلَى التَّخْيِيرِ وَهُوَ نَوْعَانِ نَوْعٌ) مِنْهُمَا
