(وَمَنْ حُصِرَ عَنْ) فِعْلٍ (وَاجِبٍ لَمْ يَتَحَلَّلْ) لِعَدَمِ وُرُودِهِ (وَعَلَيْهِ دَمٌ) بِتَرْكِهِ كَمَا لَوْ تَرَكَهُ اخْتِيَارًا (وَحَجُّهُ صَحِيحٌ) لِتَمَامِ أَرْكَانِهِ
