شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) الْمَسْبِيُّ (مَعَهُمَا) أَيْ أَبَوَيْهِ (عَلَى دِينِهِمَا) لِلْخَبَرِ. وَمِلْكُ السَّابِي لَهُ لَا يَمْنَعُ تَبَعِيَّتَهُ لِأَبَوَيْهِ فِي الدِّينِ. كَمَا لَوْ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ الْكَافِرَةُ مِلْكُهُ مِنْ كَافِرٍ
