(وَلَوْ جَاءَ مَوْلَاهُ) أَيْ الْعَبْدِ الَّذِي أَسْلَمَ وَلَحِقَ بِنَا (مُسْلِمًا بَعْدَهُ لَمْ يُرَدَّ إلَيْهِ) لِسَبْقِ الْحُكْمِ بِحُرِّيَّتِهِ حِينَ جَاءَ إلَيْنَا مُسْلِمًا

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar
(ولو جاء مولاه مسلماً بعده) اي: بعد عبده الذي جاء قبله مسلماً: (لم يُرد إليه)؛ لتأخره عن الحكم بحرّية عبده حين جاء إلينا مسلما.
