(وَ) يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ) الْأَمِيرُ (ذَلِكَ بِلَا شَرْطٍ) لِمَنْ فَعَلَ مَا فِيهِ مَصْلَحَةٌ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ ; لِأَنَّهُ تَرْغِيبٌ لِلْجِهَادِ.
