(وَإِنْ خِيفَ) بِدُخُولِهِ الْوُقُوعُ فِي مَحْرَمٍ (كُرِهَ) دُخُولُهُ، خَشْيَةَ الْمَحْظُورِ.

وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ " بِئْسَ الْبَيْتُ الْحَمَّامُ يُبْدِي الْعَوْرَةَ، وَيُذْهِبُ الْحَيَاءَ " رَوَاهُ ابْن أَبِي شَيْبَة فِي مُصَنَّفِهِ
