وَإِلَّا فَيَقْتِلْ وَيَسْرِقْ أَيْضًا

شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti
(وَإِلَّا) يُؤَمِّنُوهُ (فَيَقْتِلْ وَيَسْرِقْ أَيْضًا) أَيْ كَمَا لَهُ الْهَرَبُ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يُؤَمِّنْهُمْ وَلَمْ يُؤَمِّنُوهُ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar
(وإلا) أي: وإن لم يؤمنوه (فـ) يهرب و (يقتل ويسرق أيضاً) يعني: أن له أن يفعل ذلك؛ لأنه لم يؤمنهم ولم يؤمنوه.
