(أَوْ) خَوْفِهِ بِاسْتِعْمَالِهِ (فَوْتَ رِفْقَةٍ) بِكَسْرِ الرَّاءِ وَضَمِّهَا.

قَالَ فِي الْفُرُوعِ: وَظَاهِرُ كَلَامِهِ: وَلَوْ لَمْ يَخَفْ ضَرَرًا بِفَوَاتِ الرِّفْقَةِ، لِفَوَاتِ الْأُلْفِ وَالْأُنْسِ (أَوْ) خَوْفِهِ بِاسْتِعْمَالِهِ فَوْتَ (مَالِهِ، أَوْ) خَوْفِهِ بِاسْتِعْمَالِهِ
