شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمَنْ أَمْكَنَهُ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ بِهِ) أَيْ الْمَاءِ (ثُمَّ يَجْمَعَهُ وَيَشْرَبَهُ) بَعْدَ وُضُوئِهِ (لَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ) لِأَنَّ النَّفْسَ تَعَافُهُ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(ومن أمكنه ان يتوضأ به) أي: بالماء الذي معه (ثم يجميعه) بعد وضوئه به (ويشربه لم يلزمه) لأن النفس تعاف شرب ذلك.
