(وَيَلْزَمُهُمْ) أَيْ أَهْلَ الذِّمَّةِ (حُكْمُنَا) فَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ رَدَّهُ وَلَا نَقْضَهُ. فَيَلْزَمُهُمْ قَبُولُ مَا يُحْكَمُ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ أَدَاءِ حَقٍّ أَوْ تَرْكِ مُحَرَّمٍ
