شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(لَا) يُنْتَقَضُ عَهْدُهُ (بِقَذْفِهِ) أَيْ الذِّمِّيِّ مُسْلِمًا (وَ) لَا بِ (إيذَائِهِ بِسِحْرٍ فِي تَصَرُّفِهِ) نَصًّا لِأَنَّ ضَرَرَهُ لَا يَعُمُّ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(لا بقذفه) يعني: أنه لا ينقض عهد أحد من أهل الذمة بقذفه مسلماً، (و) لا (إيذائه بسحر في تصرفه) نصاً؛ لأن ضرره لا يعم.
