شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِلَّا) بِأَنْ لَمْ تُحَوَّطْ (جَازَ) دُخُولُهُ لِأَخْذِهِ لِدَلَالَةِ الْحَالِ عَلَى الْإِذْنِ فِيهِ (بِلَا ضَرَرٍ) عَلَى رَبِّ الْأَرْضِ.
