(وَيَحْلِفُ) مُشْتَرٍ (إنْ اخْتَلَفَا) فِي نَقْصِهِ صِفَةً أَوْ تَغَيُّرِهِ عَمَّا كَانَ رَآهُ عَلَيْهِ ; لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ بَرَاءَتُهُ مِنْ الثَّمَنِ
