(لَا) يَسْقُطُ خِيَارٌ (بِرُكُوبِ دَابَّةٍ) مَبِيعَةٍ (بِطَرِيقِ رَدِّهَا) ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى الرِّضَا بِالنَّقْصِ أَوْ التَّغَيُّرِ
