(وَ) يَصِحُّ بَيْعُ (بَاقِلَّا) وَحِمْصٍ (وَ) بَيْعُ (جَوْزٍ وَلَوْزٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَفُسْتُقٍ (فِي قِشْرَيْهِ) ; لِأَنَّ سَاتِرَهُ مِنْ أَصْلِ الْخِلْقَةِ، أَشْبَهَ الْبَيْضَ
