شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَتَحْرُمُ مُسَاوِمَةٌ وَمُنَادَاةٌ) بَعْدَ نِدَاءِ جُمُعَةٍ ثَانٍ ; لِأَنَّهُمَا وَسِيلَةٌ لِلْبَيْعِ الْمُحَرَّمِ إذَنْ، وَتَحْرُمُ أَيْضًا الصِّنَاعَاتُ كُلُّهَا.
