(مَأْكُولٍ وَمَشْرُوبٍ وَمَشْمُومٍ وَقَدَحٍ لِمَنْ يَشْرَبُ عَلَيْهِ) أَيْ الْمَأْكُولِ أَوْ الْمَشْرُوبِ أَوْ الْمَشْمُومِ مُسْكِرًا (أَوْ) يَشْرَبُ (بِهِ) أَيْ الْقَدَحِ (مُسْكِرًا، وَ) لَا بَيْعُ
