شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(لَا) خِيَارَ لِبَائِعٍ (إنْ أَخَذَهُ) مُشْتَرٍ (بِجَمِيعِهِ) أَيْ الثَّمَنِ لِزَوَالِ ضَرَرِهِ (وَلَمْ يَفْسَخْ) بِهِ مُشْتَرٍ الْبَيْعَ وَلَا يُجْبَرُ أَحَدُهُمَا عَلَى الْمُعَاوَضَةِ
