(وَيَلْزَمُهُ) أَيْ الْمُشْتَرِيَ نَفَقَةُ حَيَوَانٍ مَبِيعٍ وَ (فِطْرَةُ) قِنٍّ (مَبِيعٍ) بِغُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ آخِرِ رَمَضَانَ قَبْلَ فَسْخِهِ
