شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِلَّا) يَعْلَمُ مَقُولٌ لَهُ بِشَرِكَةِ الْأَوَّلِ (أَخَذَ نَصِيبَهُ كُلَّهُ) وَهُوَ النِّصْفُ ; لِأَنَّهُ إذَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ فَقَدْ طَلَبَ مِنْهُ نِصْفَ الْمَبِيعِ وَأَجَابَهُ إلَيْهِ.
