(وَلَا تَضُرُّ الْجَهَالَةُ حِينَئِذٍ) وَقَعَ الْعَقْدُ (لِزَوَالِهَا) بَعْدُ (بِالْحِسَابِ وَيُعْتَبَرُ لِلْأَرْبَعَةِ) أَيْ التَّوْلِيَةِ وَالشَّرِكَةِ وَالْمُرَابَحَةِ وَالْمُوَاضَعَةِ
