(وَهِبَةُ مُشْتَرٍ لِوَكِيلٍ بَاعَهُ) شَيْئًا مِنْ جِنْسِ الثَّمَنِ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ (كَزِيَادَةٍ) فِي الثَّمَنِ، فَتَكُونُ لِبَائِعٍ زَمَنَ الْخِيَارَيْنِ، وَيُخْبِرُ بِهَا
