(وَ) يَصِحُّ (اسْتِنَابَةُ مَنْ عَلَيْهِ الْحَقُّ لِلْمُسْتَحِقِّ) بِأَنْ يَقُولَ مَنْ عَلَيْهِ حَقٌّ لِرَبِّهِ: اكْتَلْهُ مِنْ هَذِهِ الصُّبْرَةِ
