شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) يَبْطُلُ أَيْضًا ب (زَوَالِ مُبِيحٍ) كَبُرْءِ مَرَضٍ أَوْ جُرْحٍ تَيَمَّمَ لَهُ، لِأَنَّهُ طَهَارَةُ ضَرُورَةٍ، فَيَزُولُ بِزَوَالِهَا.

(و) يبطل التيمم أيضاً: بـ (زوال مبيح) للتيمم؛ كما لو تيمم لمرض فعوفي أو لبرد فزال؛ لأن التيمم طهارة ضرورة فتزول بز وال تلك الضرورة.
