(وَالشَّحْمُ وَالْمُخُّ وَالْأَلْيَةُ) بِفَتْحِ الْهَمْزَةِ (وَالْقَلْبُ وَالطِّحَالُ) بِكَسْرِ الطَّاءِ (وَالرِّئَةُ وَالْكُلْيَةُ وَالْكَبِدُ وَالْكَارِعُ أَجْنَاسٌ) فَيَجُوزُ بَيْعُ رَطْلِ شَحْمٍ بِرَطْلَيْ مُخٍّ وَهُوَ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ الْعِظَامِ أَوْ بِرَطْلَيْ أَلْيَةٍ مُطْلَقًا ; لِأَنَّهُمَا جِنْسَانِ.
