(وَ) يَبْطُلُ غَيْرُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ اسْتِثْنَاؤُهُ (فِي بَعْضٍ هُوَ كَذَلِكَ) أَيْ مَغْصُوبٌ أَوْ مَعِيبٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ جِنْسِهَا (فَقَطْ)
