شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) يُعْفَى عَنْ (نَجَاسَةٍ بِعَيْنٍ) وَتَقَدَّمَ: لَا يَجِبُ غَسْلُهَا لِلتَّضَرُّرِ بِهِ (وَ) يُعْفَى أَيْضًا عَنْ (حَمْلِ كَثِيرِهَا) أَيْ النَّجَاسَةِ (فِي صَلَاةِ خَوْفٍ) لِلضَّرُورَةِ
