شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَإِنْ بَنَاهُ) شَرِيكٌ (بِإِذْنِ شَرِيكِهِ) أَوْ بِإِذْنِ (حَاكِمٍ أَوْ) بِدُونِ إذْنِهِمَا (لِيَرْجِعَ) عَلَى شَرِيكِهِ وَبَنَاهُ (شَرِكَةً رَجَعَ) لِرُجُوعِهِ عَلَى الْمُنْفِقِ عَنْهُ فَقَدْ قَامَ عَنْهُ بِوَاجِبٍ.
