شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَ) إنْ بَنَاهُ لِنَفْسِهِ (بِغَيْرِهَا) أَيْ غَيْرِ آلَةِ الْمُنْهَدِمِ (فَ) الْبِنَاءُ (لَهُ) أَيْ الْبَانِي خَاصَّةً (وَلَهُ) أَيْ الْبَانِي (نَقْضُهُ) ; لِأَنَّهُ مِلْكُهُ
