(وَمَنْ هَدَمَ بِنَاءً لَهُ) أَيْ الْهَادِمِ (فِيهِ جُزْءٌ) وَإِنْ قَلَّ (إنْ خِيفَ سُقُوطُهُ) حَالَ هَدْمِهِ (فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ) لِشَرِيكِهِ لِوُجُوبِ هَدْمِهِ إذَنْ
