(وَإِنْ مَاتَ) حَيَوَانٌ يَنْجُسُ بِمَوْتٍ، (أَوْ وَقَعَ مَيِّتًا فِي دَقِيقٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَسَمْنٍ جَامِدٍ (أَلْقَى) الْمَيِّتَ (وَمَا حَوْلَهُ) مِنْ دَقِيقٍ وَنَحْوِهِ، لِمُلَاقَاتِهِ النَّجَسَ وَاسْتُعْمِلَ الْبَاقِي
