شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمَنْ تَبَرَّعَ فِي) حَالِ (حَجْرِهِ) أَوْ بَاعَ وَنَحْوَهُ (فَثَبَتَ كَوْنُهُ) أَيْ الْمُتَبَرِّعِ وَنَحْوِهِ (مُكَلَّفًا رَشِيدًا نَفَذَ) تَصَرُّفُهُ لِتَبَيُّنِ أَهْلِيَّتِهِ لَهُ.
