شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَتُدْفَعُ) النَّفَقَةُ (إنْ أَفْسَدَهَا يَوْمًا بِيَوْمٍ فَإِنْ أَفْسَدَهَا) أَيْ النَّفَقَةَ مُوَلًّى عَلَيْهِ بِإِتْلَافٍ أَوْ دَفْعٍ لِغَيْرِهِ (أَطْعَمَهُ) الْوَلِيُّ (مُعَايَنَةً) وَإِلَّا كَانَ مُفَرِّطًا

(وتدفع إن أفسدها يوماً بيوم. فإن أفسدها) المولى عليه بإتلافها أو دفعها لغيره: (أطعمه) الولي (معاينة) أي: حال كونه معايناً له. وإلا كان مفرطاً.
